Apparently it was the software that was making it so I couldn't access the internet. I went out and bought a new router today. Lyksys, which is a nice brand. So, right now I'm sitting down on my comphy couch in the living room, watching an OnDemand movie, surfing the net on my laptop. *beams* Love this. I bought another 64mb of RAM of the laptop today, so I'm at a whole 128mb. *shrugs* I doubled what it had for cheap, which is nice. I also bought a wireless card which thankfully works sort of. I bought a wireless router to use in the house, but I spend a few hours only to figure out that I just need to return it cause its a pain in the arse. ( Read more... )
